Selma Rainey - Art Glass Mini Stems - Manuka

These miniature objets d'art represent beautiful manuka, native flora of Aotearoa. Each of these beautiful little flowers has been made with detail and colour in mind.

You can buy single stems from this listing, plus you can add one or more leaves. Please refer to the final image for specific colours.

About the Artist: Glass Artist, Selma Rainey of Rainey Designs, has created these miniature flowers by crafting each stem by hand, via the process of lampwork (method described below). 

Artistic Process: All glass flowers are made by hand, free-form (no molds used).  The lampwork technique has been used to create them, including melting Venetian glass over a specialised torch, sculpting various forms, then kiln-firing to ensure durability.

Flowers measure around 18 to 20mm and leaves are approximately 15mm long.  The stems are made from copper wires and are approximately 9cm long.

Delivery Timeframe: Please note the flower stems are made to order, and take at least three to five business days to make. If you need them sooner, please contact us.
